Return Policy

We understand shopping for little ones can be tricky — and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging (including tags or garments bags, if applicable)
  • Free from stains, odors or damage

Due to the delicate nature of baby and toddler items, we cannot accept returns on any items that appear worn, used, or washed for hygiene and safety reasons.

Final sale items (including sale pieces and gift cards) are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at amber@cocobearkids.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Need a Different Size?
Because littles grow fast, we totally get it! At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
